Discuss fit, scope and engagement terms
The recruiting provider and employer need to agree on responsibilities before a search starts. Discuss the commercial model, candidate screening, interview process, candidate ownership and any replacement provisions. A time-to-hire or placement outcome is not guaranteed by this website. Put agreed terms in the actual engagement rather than relying on an informal assumption.
Understand when billing begins
BEGHR’s published placement process begins billing after applicants are sent to your practice. Your client agreement defines the billable search milestones, amounts and due dates. Completed milestones may be payable even if the search does not produce a hire.
Review progress and invoices with BEGHR
BEGHR manages the customer relationship, invoicing and account questions. Recruiting delivery covers sourcing, screening and candidate submissions. Weekly calibration reviews the candidate pipeline, quality and sourcing strategy. Recruiting is hourly within the agreed range. Client billing follows the agreed cadence and occurs at least monthly during billable service delivery. Confirm the schedule before work begins; there is no universal installment percentage.
Keep the hiring decision with the employer
The employer remains responsible for its hiring decision and for confirming the checks required for its role. Establish who interviews, who approves the offer and how the team will compare candidates. Recruiting conversations work better when the clinical and business decision-makers have agreed on the brief.
